Happy Holidays Everybody!!!!

Well it's hard to believe another year has past and the holidays are here again. It's another beautiful day in Eden, Utah. The snow has arrived and we got walloped with 34" of snow on over the weekend. The sun is now shining, and the skies are blue. What a wonderful year it has been. Windi is great and currently back at Weber State working on her vascular registry. All is well and we are totally enjoying life to the fullest. After getting snowed out at Airport camp on the first day of our White Rim Trip in April, May brought two weeks in France for yet another trip of a lifetime, followed by a week in June in Oahu, Hawaii for Rhonda and Jason's beautiful beach wedding, followed by great surfing, diving, and stand up paddleboarding. This year has brought many wonderful changes to our home. In September we totally remodelled the kitchen and we are loving it and cooking many wonderful meals. This spring we decided to start road biking. The summer brought us many miles and adventures on our new bikes. In addition we enjoyed many adventures on the mountain bikes. We logged many miles in our beautiful valley along with the MS 150 in Cache County and the grand finale of the Heber Valley Century on Windi's Birthday in September. What a great way to celebrate a birthday, it truely was the perfect day. We were fortunate enough to spend a week in July on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River on our raft with great friends. What a week, blue skies, sunshine, and some of the best whitewater on the planet. And did I say a wonderful group of people!
We are constantly reminded of how incredible this life is and we are so thankful for every minute. So fortunate are we for our great families, all of our incredibly great friends, good health, and great times! Our two chocolate labs, Madison and Grace are as happy as ever. Last August, they rafted the Snake River with Windi, and I and the nieces and nephews, and Faye. What a great time. As always, they took part in many mountain bike and hiking adventures over the summer. They are currently sleeping by the fireplace after a long cross country ski today. What else can we say other than Happy Holidays to all and we wish you all the most wonderful holiday and a happy new year!
